Vendors, Shipping, & Returns

Vendors:  At Artessorize, we use a couple of different dropship vendors to make sure you get the best prices, quality, and variety.  This requires multiple shipping sites, including our primary site for our awesome handmade goods.  

Shipping Times from Vendors:  

• Major Vendors:  Our major sources are through Shineon, Printify, Printful and our LUXE designer goods are from Contrado.  
  
  
• This means we have a great selection, but there are some variations between production times, shipping times, and shipping costs. 
  
  
• Shipping time guarantee:  Unless it is noted in the specific product, or there is a notification (with 24 hours) of exceptional circumstances we guarantee, for internal, United States a 14-day in hand receipt for any non-customized or hand painted goods.  

Customized and Personalized Goods: Any custom or hand-painted goods may exceed fourteen days, as we may consult with you to make sure you get the perfect piece!  Or we are off painting somewhere.  But if the fourteen-day timeline is exceeded, we will communicate that up front! 

Returns: 

• 30 Days:  If you don’t love it, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Eligible Returns:  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  
  
• Starting a Return:  To start a return, you can contact us at ARTessorize@gmail.com with "return" listed in the subject of the email.

• Shipping Labels:  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  
  
• Return Questions:  Still have questions?  No worries!  You can always contact us for any return questions at ARTessorize@gmail.com. Put "Return Question" in the email subject.  
  
  
• Refunds: You will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product.  
  
  

Impact: Wherever possible we try to use U.S. and sustainable vendors!
